CARRIAGE OF GOODS POLICY.

Under the Carriage of Goods from overseas, the carrier is not liable for any loss of or damage to goods that occurs during shipment, as well as for any delay in delivery. Cool Furnishings does not provide an exact delivery time, instead, Cool Furnishings will send an email to our customers 1-2 weeks before about the estimated time for arrival of goods.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

Made To Order and Pre-Orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded . We do not take any responsibility and are unable to provide a refund if the furniture  does not fit in your space or if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.

DELIVERY POLICY.

Cool Furnishings does everything possible to assure a smooth and prompt delivery of your furniture and custom items. However, be aware and consider that there are circumstances out of our control that may arise and result in a delay in the production or delivery of your items. We do our best to give accurate lead times but estimated lead times are not a guarantee of a specific delivery date. Please feel free to make an inquiry as the estimated delivery time approaches and we can follow up to give you a more specific idea of your ship date at that time. Shipping time for freight items (this includes, furniture ) is approximately 8-12 Weeks from the time that the item(s) are scheduled for pickup or deliver. We act as your liaison to best assist you in a prompt delivery but again, there are variables that are out of our control as we are considered a third party. We do our best to make sure you are happy!

WARRANTY POLICY.

All are products come with 1 year warranty and for the frame 2 years warranty. Limited back to base warranty.
